Council Staff

Witley & Milford Parish Council has a number of staff to help run the Parish Council and assist the councillors.

Sarah Nash, Clerk

Sarah works Monday to Friday and is the Council’s Proper Officer and Responsible Finance Officer and has overall management responsibility for the Parish Council’s functions, assets and paid staff. She is the officer responsible for Full Council meetings and the Finance & General Purposes and Staffing Committees, whilst overseeing the Amenities & Environment Committee with the Assistant Clerk.  Sarah is responsible for the Council’s financial management.


Helen Bassett, Assistant Clerk

Helen works Monday to Friday and oversees the management of the Council’s land, allotments and Milford cemetery. She is the officer responsible for the Planning & Highways Group and alongside the Clerk she oversees the Amenities & Environment Committee.


Greta Jennings, Administrative Assistant

Gemma Punter-Jones, Office Administrator

Gemma works Monday to Wednesday and is responsible for the office administration and undertakes project work, as well as dealing with queries from the public.
