Council Staff

Witley & Milford Parish Council has a number of staff to help run the Parish Council and assist the councillors.

Louise Steele, Locum Clerk

Louise works Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and is the Locum Clerk, taking in responsibility as the Council’s Proper Officer and Responsible Finance Officer, with overall management responsibility for the Parish Council’s functions, assets and paid staff. She is the officer responsible for Full Council meetings and the Finance & General Purposes and Staffing Committees.  Louise is responsible for the Council’s financial management.

Helen Bassett, Assistant Clerk

Helen works Monday to Friday and oversees the management of the Council’s land, allotments and Milford cemetery. She is the officer responsible for the Planning & Highways Group and alongside the Clerk she oversees the Amenities & Environment Committee.

Gemma Punter-Jones, Office Administrator

Gemma works Monday to Thursday and is responsible for the office administration and undertakes project work, as well as dealing with queries from the public.
